Apparently, according to the ABI (Association of British Insurers) insurance fraud is up 30%, due to the recession

According to the Association of Britih Insurers more than 100,000 claims were found to be fraudulent last year, an increase of 30% over the previous year, and has been rising over the last 4 years.
